Description
A Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Poole, teaching since 2008 and affiliated to Paraestra. Adults train gi and no-gi on alternate evenings, with a weekly competition class, open mats on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a women’s class and kids’ classes for ages 7 to 13 four nights a week.

Prices & membership
Pay as you go at £10 a class, or £65 a month for unlimited adult training. Kids pay £25 to £55 a month depending on sessions. Joining fee £30 for adults and £25 for kids, including the members’ patch.
