Description
A Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan kung fu club teaching blocking, kicking, punching, locks, throws and forms. Adults train on Tuesday evenings at the Brighthelm Centre on North Road and on Thursday evenings at the University of Sussex sports centre dojo, with a Saturday women’s class at the university and a Monday kids’ class in Hove.

Prices & membership
The first class is free. After that classes cost £7.50 (£5 for students) and annual membership of the Nam Pai Chuan system is £35, including insurance.
