Silverbacks MMA
A mixed martial arts gym on Claremont Way in Hersden, about six kilometres north-east of central Canterbury. The timetable covers Brazilian jiu-jitsu in the gi and no-gi, Muay Thai, MMA, wrestling and a Monday judo class, with beginners’ sessions, a Friday ladies-only jiu-jitsu class, a Saturday open mat and a competition class.
