Description
A Muay Thai gym at The Arches on Cowick Street in St Thomas, with a second gym in Exmouth. Adults start in the Positive Start beginners’ programme and move on to the advanced Warrior classes, and there are women-only classes, open mats and a fight team. Children train in age-group classes from four years old.
