Description
An MMA gym on Andover Drive in West Hartford with a fight team. The weekly timetable has gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, wrestling and an intro to MMA class, alongside fitness classes. Kids and teens have their own jiu-jitsu, striking and wrestling classes, and there is a women-only gi class on Wednesdays.
