Description
An owner-run family martial arts gym on Kingston Pike in West Knoxville. It has a Brazilian jiu-jitsu class twice a week, mixed self-defense classes for adults and teens, a class for teen girls and adult women, and karate-based kids classes.

The Tuesday and Thursday 7pm class is for teen girls and adult women only. Open Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to noon.
