Description
Tai chi and qigong classes taught by Laraine Tucker at several Leicester halls. The Thursday evening class at Christchurch Hall in Clarendon Park teaches the Chen style 19 form, and every class includes a warm-up, posture and breath work, qigong and form practice.

Prices & membership
The Christchurch Hall class costs £32 for four weeks or £9 pay as you go. Classes at other venues are paid monthly, from £30 for four weeks.
