Description
A Thai boxing gym on the Riverside Park industrial estate in Middlesbrough that also works in K-1 kickboxing. Adults (16+) start on a six-week beginners’ course, then move to the Muay Thai fundamentals class; an advanced class with sparring is by invitation. Separate classes run for younger children, kids aged 8 to 12 and teenagers.
