A long-established martial arts academy on the first floor of the Pearson Buildings on Bright Street in central Middlesbrough, with a boxing ring, open gym and weights area. The timetable has adult MMA and adult and junior Muay Thai classes, strength and conditioning, and a separate kids’ programme from age 4.
