Description
An independent gym on the top floor above Newquay Kitchen Studios on Cliff Road, with a martial arts programme alongside its gym floor. The weekly timetable has gi and no-gi jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing classes with sparring sessions, a jiu-jitsu competition class and a free Sunday open mat. There is a women’s jiu-jitsu class, teen kickboxing and jiu-jitsu, and children’s jiu-jitsu from age four.

Before you visit
The gym is on the top floor above Newquay Kitchen Studios; head up the stairs. Day passes can be paid for at reception by cash or card or bought online in advance.

Prices & membership
A £15 day pass (ages 15 and up) covers the gym and every scheduled class that day; a week pass is £25 and a two-week pass £50. The Gym + Classes membership, which includes martial arts, is £55 a month by direct debit or £550 a year; gym-only membership is £45 a month. A separate MMA course costs £50 for 10 sessions over five weeks.
