A wellbeing centre on Harlestone Road in Duston where Nick Cheang, lead representative of the Master Ding Academy in the Midlands, teaches traditional Yang style tai chi. Classes cover the short form, the 108-posture long form, push hands and internal power training; some advanced sessions need Master Ding Academy membership. Beginners are welcome.

Tai chi classes in Duston are £15 for 90 minutes, booked online; long form plus push hands is £20 for two hours. Private lessons are £60. The advanced long-form and internal power classes need Master Ding Academy membership.
