Description
A Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Unit E-7 of K G House on Kingsfield Way, part of the ZR Team affiliation. The timetable has adult gi BJJ, no-gi submission grappling (including weekday lunchtimes), a female-led no-gi class, Judo for BJJ, MMA and adult kickboxing, plus kids’ BJJ, wrestling and kickboxing. A fundamentals programme is aimed at beginners.
