Description
A family-run academy at Faraday Mill Business Park in Cattedown teaching kickboxing and taekwondo to children, teenagers and adults. Adult kickboxing runs on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings with optional sparring after the Monday and Wednesday classes, and there is a women-only kickboxing class on Wednesday mornings. Teens and adults train taekwondo on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
