Description
A full-time combat sports gym in Lower Compton teaching boxing, Muay Thai, K1 kickboxing and MMA, run by head coach Jimmy Hamilton. The timetable has weekday-morning mixed sessions, evening Muay Thai/K1, boxing and MMA classes, a no-gi jiu-jitsu/MMA class and Friday sparring, plus junior boxing and kickboxing. The gym trains amateur and professional fighters but most members train recreationally.

Before you visit
No booking is needed for a first class: turn up 10 minutes early with a T-shirt and shorts or tracksuit bottoms. Phone 12pm to 9pm.

Prices & membership
Adult MMA, Thai and boxing classes are £8 a session and KickboxFit £5; juniors pay £6. Monthly payment of £45 is available for MMA, Muay Thai or boxing. The first MMA or Muay Thai lesson is free. The gym’s website was last updated with news in 2022, so check prices when you call.
