Description
A full-time martial arts and fitness gym on Partnership Park, Rodney Road, teaching MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxing. It runs beginners’ BJJ, women-only kickboxing and junior classes from age four, and has a ring, matted floors and a 24-hour gym next door.

Prices & membership
A £15 day pass covers unlimited beginner classes and gym use in staffed hours. Pay-as-you-go membership is £10 a month plus £9.90 a class; contract memberships run from £65.25 a month for 10 classes to £110.25 a month unlimited. Adults pay a £49 joining fee and a £20 yearly insurance fee.
