Description
The Portsmouth branch of Hung Leng Kuen (Free Spirit Fist), a modern kung fu style taught alongside traditional forms, weapons and self-defence. Classes are held at Admiral Lord Nelson School on Dundas Lane and are open to beginners as well as people graded in other styles.
