Description

An MMA club on Duchess Road, running since 2003, whose shootfighting system combines kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. BJJ is taught by black belts six days a week and the club is affiliated to Gordo Jiu-Jitsu Europe; a separate kids’ academy runs MMA and BJJ classes for ages 5 to 15.

Before you visit

New starters only need shorts and a T-shirt; gis can be borrowed or bought at the gym. Gloves and protective gear are recommended once you train regularly.

Prices & membership

Monthly memberships are £30 for one class a week, £55 for two classes a week and £65 for unlimited classes. Kids’ MMA classes for ages 5 to 15 cost £5 a class with no booking needed.
