A martial arts and self-protection gym in Unit 208 of the Meersbrook Enterprise Centre on Valley Road. The timetable has kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, a Saturday BJJ class, kids’ kickboxing and a boxing sparring session; the gym is affiliated to Arlans Siqueira Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
