Description
A martial arts studio on Forest Hills Drive, opened in 2018 by coach Rob Rooney, whose club dates from 2003. It teaches MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and Japanese jiu-jitsu, with beginners’ BJJ and kickboxing classes, ladies-only kickboxing and junior classes.

Contact the dojo to say which class you would like for your free first lesson. Pay-as-you-go lessons can be paid online or to the instructor in cash or by card.

Prices & membership
Adult group lessons are £8 pay as you go, or £25, £40 or £50 a month for one, two or unlimited lessons a week. The first group lesson is free. Students also need a £10 annual club membership with insurance, with free 28-day cover for newcomers.
