Description
A martial arts and wellbeing centre in the Marlands Shopping Centre teaching Shaolin kung fu and wushu, Chen-style tai chi, Sanda (Chinese kickboxing), qigong and Shaolin yoga. There are children’s classes from age 4, beginner-friendly sessions and a women’s kickboxing class.
