The Jungle Academy
A Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on Borrowmeadow Road, established in 2021 and led by a UKBJJA and IBJJF-certified black belt, in a two-storey building with large mat areas. The schedule has gi and no-gi club classes, beginner adult no-gi, competition classes, a Thursday judo class, a Saturday wrestling class and a Sunday open session. Children aged 5 to 14 train in kids’ gi classes, with a separate teens squad.
