Description
A purpose-built, family-run full-time karate academy on Pontarddulais Industrial Estate, teaching traditional Wado-ryu. Classes are split by grade rather than age, so adult beginners can train alongside children, and there is a Friday fighting class and an invitation-only elite squad.

Before you visit
Beginners (up to blue belt) train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm; new beginners are welcome at any time. Wear loose tracksuit bottoms and a T-shirt for the first classes.

Class fees are not published. A licence costs £30 a year and is needed for gradings, but not straight away.
