Description

A karate and kickboxing club founded in 2020 and run by two instructors, with karate at South Penlan Community Centre and a Saturday-morning kickboxing class at Hafod Community Centre. The adult and teen karate class on Tuesday evenings is aimed at all levels and especially beginners, and there are separate Dragons (4–6) and junior classes.

Before you visit

Adult and teen karate runs on Tuesdays from 7pm to 8pm at South Penlan Community Centre; kickboxing is on Saturdays from 9am to 10am at Hafod Community Centre (Odo Street, SA1 2LT). Message the club on WhatsApp to book a first session.

Prices & membership

Kickboxing is pay as you go: £7 a session for adults and teens, £6 for juniors; a kickboxing licence (up to £25 a year) is needed after the first month. Karate is £40 a month by direct debit for an individual, and new students can try two sessions for £10.
