Description
A full-time martial arts centre on Acomb Road, part of the family-run MartialArts4U group that began in York in 1995. Adults train in kickboxing with belt grades, in evening classes through the week plus Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Saturday, and there are ladies-only kickboxing classes and separate programmes for children from age 3.
