Description
A two-floor boxing gym in Lynton Mill House, just outside the city centre, founded in 1997 by former heavyweight Clifton Mitchell. It runs beginner and fitness boxing classes, sessions for amateur and professional boxers, junior boxing at weekends and a white-collar boxing programme, with a weights and cardio area.

Before you visit
Beginners start in the Beginner Boxers & Get Fitters class (Monday and Wednesday 6pm, Friday 5pm). Pay for single sessions before the class.

Prices & membership
Single sessions are £10, paid before the session starts. A rolling 30-day membership is £40 a month and includes the gym floor and classes five days a week.
