Description
A full-time Muay Thai gym on Liversage Street, on the edge of the city centre, run by former Thailand-trained champion Sai Varley. The timetable has adult beginners’ classes, intermediate and advanced sessions, sparring workshops and a Saturday open gym, plus junior classes for ages five to fifteen.

Before you visit
Complete beginners start in the Adult Beginners class (Monday and Wednesday at 7pm, Friday at 6pm). Book the free first lesson by phone or through the website.
