Description
A family karate school in K2 House Business Centre on Heathfield Way. Adults train in Karate Kombat, the school’s own self-protection system drawn from karate, kickboxing and self-defence, in mixed-ability classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings. New adults usually start with a four-week foundation programme, and there are karate classes for children aged 4 to 14.

Prices & membership
The four-week Martial Arts Foundation Programme for adults costs £40 and runs on Monday evenings (not in August). Ongoing adult membership prices are not published. Children are offered two free taster lessons.
