Description
A family martial arts centre on the upper floor of Unit 4A, Heathfield Way, teaching Lau Gar kung fu and kickboxing. Adult kickboxing (13 and over) runs on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and adult Lau Gar kung fu on Tuesday evening and Sunday morning, with children’s classes in both styles from age 6. The centre also has a fitness gym.
